Watermelon Strawberry Sorbet – refined sugar free

Summer fruit is at the top of the season and watermelons are sooooo sweet right now that you really do not need anything else to create a refreshing summer treat for the kids. Refined sugar free, you will only need 3 ingredients and no ice cream maker!!

It’s a super friendly baby summer recipe that will please the whole family!

You can replace the strawberries with any other seasonal fruit you like (raspberries, peaches…)

Watermelon Strawberry Sorbet – refined sugar free
Ingredients
  • 1/2 small watermelon (3 Cups)
  • 12 strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp water
Instructions
  1. Cut the fruit in pieces

  2. freeze for 2/3 hours

  3. In a food processor add the frozen fruit + lemon.

  4. Blend to obtain either a frozen ice consistency or, simply adding few tablespoons of water, a sorbet one.

  5. Enjoy!

    This looks yummy what type of food processor and food puréed do you use and what age is this appropriate for?
